This range of integral LED downlights with a wide variety of features available in 24
colour finishes. The CCT dimmable function can be set at 3000K, 4000K or 6000K. Each
downlight is both fire rated with an IP65 rating. They can also be covered by insulation
materials making them suitable for an extensive number of indoor and outdoor settings. Zafira
also offers fascias in an array of colours to further enhance your chosen downlight.

We aim to dispatch and deliver all Trendi products within the estimated timescales displayed at checkout; however, delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer, who is responsible for ensuring that all delivery information is complete and accurate.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order is placed.

Responsibility for the products remains with us until they are delivered into the physical possession of the customer or a person identified by the customer to receive them.

Customers should notify us promptly if an order is delayed, missing, damaged in transit or contains incorrect items so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.

We will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, although this does not affect the customer’s statutory rights, including their rights where goods are not delivered within an agreed or legally required timeframe.

Trendi products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the customer notifies us of the return and the products are unused, uninstalled, complete and returned in their original packaging with all components and instructions included.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned products are packaged securely and, unless the product is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, for the cost and risk of returning the goods.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund where products have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them or are returned incomplete, damaged or in a condition that affects their resale value. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method following receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

Products that are made to order, personalised or otherwise exempt from cancellation rights may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes the customer’s statutory rights, including their rights where goods are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose.

Trendi products are supplied with a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty from the original date of purchase, covering defects in materials or workmanship arising under normal domestic use.

To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide valid proof of purchase and, where applicable, evidence that the product was installed correctly by a suitably qualified electrician in accordance with current wiring regulations and the supplied instructions.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental or cosmetic damage, misuse, neglect, incorrect installation, exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions, unauthorised modification or repair, or damage caused by external electrical faults, power surges or incompatible equipment. Where a valid claim is accepted, Trendi will, at its discretion, repair the defective product or provide a replacement of the same or an equivalent specification, subject to product availability.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the warranty does not cover removal, reinstallation, electrician’s fees or other consequential costs.

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, the customer’s statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
